Welcome back, Maya - you’re two modules in. Today is Coaching Through Change. Before we start, think of a recent moment your team resisted a new tool. What was your first move?
Honestly? I jumped straight to explaining the benefits instead of asking why they were hesitant.
That reflex is common - and noticing it is the coaching skill itself. Let’s pressure-test it with a short check.

Q1. Your senior engineer says the new AI review tool “misses context”. What’s your strongest opening?

A“The rollout data says otherwise - give it two weeks.”
B“Tell me about a review where it missed the context.”
C“I’ll escalate that to the vendor.”

Our library is intentionally narrow. Currency and measurability take priority over volume - a focused set of areas, each with assessment, company-specific content, and measurable impact, instead of thousands of generic courses.

Why this isn’t a course catalog.

Company-specific, not off-the-shelf
Company-specific, not off-the-shelf. Content is built from your roles and internal documents, so it speaks your organization’s language and uses your real scenarios.
Living, not static
Living, not static. Content updates when regulations, strategy, or tools change. LinkedIn or Udemy won’t do that for you.
Behaviour, not completion
Behaviour, not completion. The goal is changed behaviour on the job - verified by observation - not a completion rate.

Off-the-shelf content, reimagined for you.

At setup we study your competency model, role expectations, internal policies, strategic priorities, and documents together. Scenarios come from your business reality, policy modules from your own rules, and examples straight from your sector.

Built from what you already have.

Your competency model, roles, policies, priorities, and documents go in - company-specific content comes out.

  • Competency model
  • Role expectations
  • Internal policies

Content that stays current.

Predefined triggers keep every package current.

  • Tools being updated

  • A drop in measurement performance
  • AI-assisted refresh

Completion is the floor, not the proof.

A completion rate tells you someone opened a course. It doesn’t tell you they learnt it, remembered it, or changed how they work. You’ve already paid for a platform and a content catalog - can you prove anyone actually got better?

Content source

A ready-made catalog: Generic courses built for everyone - and no one in particular.

ThinkPair: Built from your roles, policies, and internal documents.

Currency

A ready-made catalog: Produced once, then left to age.

ThinkPair: Refreshed when regulations, tools, or strategy change - expert-reviewed, with a visible update date.

Practice

A ready-made catalog: Watch, click next, pass the quiz.

ThinkPair: AI-driven simulation and case studies on your real work scenarios.

What gets reported

A ready-made catalog: Completion rates and time spent.

ThinkPair: Six evidence levels - from engagement to business impact, each reported separately.

After the course

A ready-made catalog: The course ends; so does the learning.

ThinkPair: Spaced reinforcement and delayed checks continue until behaviour sticks.

ThinkPair assesses what each employee needs to know, creates company-specific content, and measures whether learning translates into real workplace behaviour - without adding a new platform to your stack.

We present pre/post improvement as learning gain and workplace-application data as transfer rate. We claim business impact or ROI only when reliable KPI data supports it. Reporting an impact figure with nothing behind it is against our principle.

Questions, answered.

Is ThinkPair an LMS? Do we have to replace our current system?

No. ThinkPair isn’t an LMS or LXP. It works on top of your existing infrastructure - adding measurement, personalization, and reinforcement while your LMS, LXP, or intranet stays in place.

How is content customized to our company?

It isn’t off-the-shelf. Content is produced from your roles, policies, and internal documents, so it speaks your organization’s language and uses your real scenarios.

What if the AI generates wrong information?

All AI-generated content is expert-reviewed, sourced, and dated. For compliance content a customer approval workflow can be added. No published content is unreviewed.

What languages do you work in?

Content packages ship in English, with localization into further languages for multinational organizations.

What does a typical pilot look like?

A two-week diagnostic start: we measure a baseline for a chosen competency area in a selected group and present a role-based gap map plus a recommended learning journey.

How does content stay current?

Each pack has predefined update triggers - a regulation change, new tools, a policy or strategy shift, or a drop in measurement performance. When one fires, content is refreshed with AI support, expert-approved, and republished with an update date.

Start with a two-week diagnostic.

Request a pilot and we’ll send a tailored plan within 48 hours - success criteria agreed in writing, no commitment.
