About ThinkPair

Built for L&D teams that wear ten hats

ThinkPair turns the materials you already have into facilitated Socratic sessions that adapt to each learner — without asking your team to run them in person.

Our story

Started because the people running L&D weren't actually L&D people

Most teams of 50–500 don't have a full learning department. They have a People Ops lead, a Head of Talent, or a Chief of Staff running training as part of their job. Existing LMS chrome is built for the dedicated specialists — not for the operators trying to ship a training program between two leadership calls.

ThinkPair starts where they actually are: you have a folder of policy PDFs, a methodology you trust, and a team of 60. From that, you get a cohort running facilitated Socratic sessions in under an afternoon.

What we optimize for

Three things we won't compromise on

Depth over completion

We measure mastery by skill, not by the click count on a course. A learner who half-completes 8 sessions and gets it is more valuable than one who runs through 20 and forgets.

AI as facilitator, not authority

The AI asks; the learner thinks. Every session is grounded in your materials (RAG), and citations are surfaced inline so nothing reads like ChatGPT trivia.

Fits the operator, not the specialist

Two-click course setup, no taxonomy to learn, dashboards that say 'here's who's drifting' instead of 'percent enrolled'.

Pilot it with your team

15 minutes to scope, three weeks to results.
